Available for any amount, s-certificates make the perfect present for those
'passionate about pampering' -- and are redeemable for s spa servicesand stuff
from our in-spa shops. You can purchase them online or pick them up at any
spa location.
Please note: s-certificates are redeemable only in thesspa in the country
that they were purchased. s-certificates are issued by thesspa. Lost and
stolen certiifcates are not replaceable. s-certificates may not be redeemed
for cash. s-certificates do not expire. s-certificates are transferable but
non-refundable.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow stress-free check-in, and a little pre-treatment decompression time.

Please alert your reservationist if you are: pregnant, have muscle of joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Tazorac, Differin, Roaccutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
scancellations
We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise--we'll expect you to be there. You can send a cancellation email 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
